This OTMC doctoral session will thus bring together doctoral students, researchers and practitioners interested in sharing their knowledge of the use of theories in project and construction management research. The students are welcome to submit papers and, if selected, PPT presentation about their researches. This session is particularly interested in the latest research results and furthering the development of innovative, knowledge-based models and tools, as well as conceptual frameworks for dealing with present problems in organization, technology and management in construction. It is refreshing to note that the editor-in-chief of the Organization, Technology & Management: An International Journal, Professor Mladen Radujković will be opening the workshop with an address of current trends in research in project management. Apart from the keynote, the workshop will be a compilation of eight papers, which have been produced by doctoral candidates who are undertaking research projects. Besides doctoral students, all interested in pursuing a Ph.D. are welcome to attend.
